Frank Paris has been pushing for trouble for a long time with Ben Tipple and when Matt prevents a gunfight in the street Ben tells Matt that Paris had it coming to him and it’s bound to happen sooner or later. Later when Paris is found shot in the back Tipple is the chief suspect.
