The Green Hornet and Kato investigate a series of murders in which the victims all left behind a message that said "last words mean sabotage." The Hornet eventually discovers that the murders are the work of a group of saboteurs. The Hornet and Kato are able to stop the saboteurs and save the day, breaking up a scheme to blow up a power dam.
