George seems to have mislaid his watch, his lighter and his fountain pen and when he goes to borrow Gracie's fountain pen he discovers his missing things in her purse. Things have been going missing from Baker's Gift Shop and George thinks that Gracie is the kleptomaniac and he covers for her. Meanwhile Gracie thinks that George is the kleptomaniac and she is busy trying to cover for him!
