Irma is afraid that she might lose Al because she is too stupid. She tells her friend Jane that he said if she doesn't improve her mind he's going to give her up. Jane thinks that Al is no good for her friend Irma but Irma loves him. Irma should just stay as sweet as she is but she is determined that if Al wants a girl with brains she'll find a way to get brains even if it drives her out of her mind!
