An Ideal Couple was written by Tom Dickson who also stars as the radio announcer in the story.

Mrs Johnson has written in to the radio program called Happy Though Married and her letter was chosen as the best received in this months contest making the Johnson’s the Ideal Couple on the show. Mr Johnson is feeling totally bewildered and Mrs Johnson is feeling absolutely wonderful!
