Judge John Hooker’s kitchen is infested with ants and he is having the house fumigated which means he needs to be out of the house for the weekend. Floyd the barber suggests to Gildy that he should put the judge up after all he has the room and is a fellow Jolly Boy. However Gildy thinks it will be mighty inconvenient but changes his mind when he wants to prove to Nurse Cathy what a caring person he is.
