A thief who boasts he is Boston Blackie has successfully robbed several bookmaking establishments. Afraid to go to the police for obvious reasons one bookmaker decides to get even with Blackie by robbing him. In the loot taken from Blackie is $20,000 money belonging to a charity for which Blackie has promised to buy a children’s home. Following this another bookmaker is robbed and a bookie killed.
