Homesteading In Alaska

It’s extremely cold in Alaska but if you are prepared to move up there the government will give you a homestead of 150 acres with oil on it if you live there for three years. Kingfish is trying to persuade Andy to go up there so they can sell it after three years and spit the profit but Andy says he’s heard it’s so cold in Alaska that the Eskimos go to Iceland for the winter!
