Sounds of gunfire came from the direction of the stable behind Ma Hank's hotel in Modoc City. Cindy Powers who was in the hotel kitchen with the huge landlady, looked at her in alarm. But Ma wasn't worried, because it was Uncle Homer who was using the stable as a shooting gallery! Ever since he helped the Lone Ranger capture two outlaws, he's been burning powder practicing his gun slinging, and the Marshall made him an honorary deputy, so now Uncle Homer thinks he's a two-gun lawman.
