In the story you are about to hear the antagonist, the bad guy, happens to be the doctor but that is not to imply that all psychiatrists are heavies or that psychoanalysis is nonsense. Without psychotherapy a lot of us would be dead or worse so sick that death itself would be a welcome psychosis… Mrs Ruth Allender is the psychiatrists last appointment and she tells him that before this hour is over she's going to kill him.
