Hank Keeler was a wealthy, hard-working rancher. By sheer determination and force of will, he had made his way where others had failed. Hank had realized in the beginning that the necessity and satisfaction of having a close relationship with his neighbors, but time had changed him, and now that he no longer needed his neighbors, he disregarded them completely. He ran his ranch with an iron fist, and the only one who could soften his heart and bring a smile to his lips was his small son. But even his son, Jerry, wasn't helping his temper right now. Hank was determined that he would grow up the way that he demanded, and would not accept any disobedience! Hank forbade the youngster from playing with the neighbor's son. But in the innocent way children find a loophole in the rules, Jerry and Tom found a way to play.
