As we join the Burns' today, we find Gracie telling George all about a thrilling benefit performance she saw last night, a magic act put on by Chester Morris. Gracie thinks he's very cute, but she feels a bit sorry for the woman who he sawed in half, since she'll need to buy new clothes now! George tries to explain that it wasn't real, and he didn't really "saw" the woman in half, but Gracie's insistent. She's just glad it wasn't here - since George wouldn't want a wife who wasn't all there, now would he?!
