One dark and cloudy night, a grey submarine surfaced off the Atlantic seaboard of the United States. The tower opened, and a rubber boat was launched, with a Nazi undercover agent aboard, armed with strict orders to hold-up the production of all US airplanes at all costs, and keep new planes from going into production. Destroy. Bribe. Kill. Don't Fail. Three weeks later, Britt Reid heard that an important war housing project adjacent to the new airplane factory, had been held up by a sudden legal maneuver. If there was no housing available to house the workers - then there would be no planes built! It looked like the Nazi saboteur's plan were coming to fruition...
