The tale today opens with Randy wanting to hear another story from his Grandpop about a salmon that he once caught. Randy absolutely adores his grandfather, and he loves to listen to his stories! Sadly, Randy's father, John, isn't quite so keen to hear another story. He's feeling the strain of being the only one bringing in a wage, and has begun to really resent Grandpop being around, seeing that he doesn't do anything but yawn about fishing and log cabins...
