Dennis Taylor from Star Mutual Insurance Company in Colorado Springs calls insurance investigator Johnny Dollar. An important client named Melvin Locherty is spending the summer at a nearby guest ranch and has invited some visitors to spend a week or so with him as his guests. However Mr Locherty believes that given half a chance one of them will try to murder him.
