Today's FBI file opens on the streets of southern gulf coast city. It's fiesta time, and on every side street, people dance in gay costumes. Certain streets are closed to traffic, and block parties are held. The litter of confetti and discarded noise makers doesn't bother the dancing couples, for these are people in the holiday mood. One couple in particular, had more than holidays on their mind though - when they gaily entered and carried out an armed robbery of a federal savings and loans association!
