Tarzan hates the men known as Slave-Raiders who put freemen in chains. The chief tells Tarzan that last night the slave-raiders came by sea to take the tribe’s people to Casablanca. He tells him that the slave ship is still off shore and that the government are unable to help. Tarzan agrees to help.
