Luigi decides he wants to buy a car but he isn't going to get much for one hundred dollars. When Paquale sees his car he thinks he's got a job in the circus! Pasquale says he's going to help Luigi get insurance, get an operators licence, a driving licence and a brand new car. All that Luigi has to do is get another licence while he's at city hall, one to marry Pasquale's daughter Rosa!
