As we look in at the little community today we find Lum alone at the desk in the Mountain View Inn talking on the telephone to the professor. He puts the phone down as Abner walks in. Abner is still convinced that Lum is mixed up with the jewel thieves. Abner is wondering what has happened to Detective Wilson then Cedric turns up wearing his hat. Abner needs to be careful not to jump to conclusions.
