Trapped in one of the many dark, twisting tunnels of the temple in the lost mine city, Hop, Tank and young Christopher Cross fought desperately to get out, but soon realised it was hopeless. But suddenly, they saw a pair of eyes glowing weirdly green in the dark recesses of their prison. It was the ghost like, black cat again. The boys gave chase, but the eyes vanished as quickly as they had appeared - which surely meant that there was a way in and out of their prison...
