The sequel to Death at Midnight: Part One, which was broadcast on May 30, 1937.

Jack Benny is still trying to solve the murder mystery of Mr J Wellington-Crossmere. His wife was in the room at the time, but claims she had nothing to do with it. He is visited by a series of suspects, and each suspect has a motive for wanting to kill, but none of them seem to be the killer.
