Arch Oboler introduces little snippets of different types of horror starting with A Day at the Dentist. When Fred Houseman turns up at the dentist with a bad toothache the dentist can’t believe his luck. He bought the dentist from Dr Charles, as he knew that one day Mr Houseman would turn up and he would be able to torture and slaughter him for what he did to his wife Mary.

Following this you can hear a television type of horror, a science fiction horror tale and then the ultimate in horror set 20,000 years from tomorrow.
