Chuck Martin and Dorean Valendan are wanted by the FBI for fraud under the national stolen properties act. These two, with accomplices, work a very clever swindle! Martin - a licensed masseur - secures a position in a local men's club where he finds unwitting victims for Dorean who charms them, and then shakes 'em down.
