A bulletin was sent from the Federal Bureau of Investigation to all field officers, chambers of commerce, and better business bureaus to be on the watch for a new veteran's fraud racket, recently worked in the mid west area. The plan of these heartless crooks is to use the fact a town lost half of its young men in the war, to raise the money from the townsfolk to erect a memorial to their fallen. But they have no intention of actually memorializing the men.
