The case today opens at the dairy farm of Samuel Putnam, a resident of one of the rural sections of the DA's county. Mr Putnam and his fifteen year old son, Billy, are working in their barnyard. Their chores are interrupted as a car enters the yard, and a man hails them from the driver's seat. He wants to buy all of the dairy cows, but Mr Putnam is steadfast in his decision for him and all the farmer's in the area to continue supplying milk. That won't help the black market one little bit...
