A British National drops his passport in The Café Tambourine and so, doing his good deed for the day, Rocky Jordan pays a visit to the Consulate to hand it in only to find that his old friend and ex RAF pilot Freddie McLaine is flying in from London that week. The consulate secretary and resident brunette Helen Buckley is invited along and since she agrees it might be fun they make it a date.  But this is an episode of Rocky Jordan and fun is rarely on The Café Tambourine menu. It soon transpires that the police, the British intelligence Service and a couple of sinister toughs all seem interested in the whereabouts of the now missing pilot Freddie... but as it soon becomes clear, a mere missing pilot is the least of their problems.
