His Excellency is set to break the record for diving over half a mile to the bottom of the ocean in a steel Bathysphere. He is confident that the attempt will be successful and impressed with the thoroughness of the Doctor to carry out safety tests. However, once in the Bathysphere and beyond 3200 feet the Doctor has different ideas on the safety of his Excellency's life.
