Andrew Jackson was the Seventh President of the United States of America and resided in the White House from 1829-1837. This story happened from 1832 –1834 when Nichols and his bank were a serious threat to the government and the free economy of our nation but President Jackson, "Old Hickory", destroyed this financial monopoly and wrote the most important veto in our history up to that time.
