Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson are investigating the mysterious death in the tower of a famous bell. The new bell ringer, Alfred Griggs has been found dead - hanging in the tower of the famous bell. Called in to investigate, they soon discover that the bell was not the only thing that was discordant. There are a number of other strange occurrences in the story...
