Years ago when the railroad was being built, the builders of the road met with trouble from Louis Merce and his gang of outlaws, for a reason nobody would have guessed at. They were angry that the railroad was going to spoil the stage coach line's business - and if that business went under - well then, who would the outlaws hold-up for their spoils?
