The fact that food rearmament programs are now as important as military, navel and air defence plans in several of the world’s nations may be of a surprise to you but without foodstuff war cannot be waged. Nations have been starved out before and it will happen again. At least three of the world’s great powers face possible food shortages and are attempting to build surplus supplies.
