Grover and Ben are about to turn in for the night, when there's a sudden almighty roar, and the sky lights up across the whole area they're camping. Whatever it was, it must have crashed over the ridge of foothills. Ben is sure it's just a meteor, but from the sounds it made, Grover is convinced it's a space rocket!
