Gildy wants to get Nurse Kathryn Milford a present to outdo Dr Olsen after she tells Gildy that she can’t wait to open the Doctors present as he always thinks of the most original thing. Gildy is desperate to think of something original and finally realises in the true spirit of Christmas that a gift must be from the heart without any ulterior motive.
