The men of the twenty First Precinct have not been able to get any leads on the perpetrators following nineteen armed robberies committed by the same two guys always in liquor stores and always between seven and ten pm. Four patrol-men are assigned to work in plain clothes in the hope of catching the stick-up men in action.
