This case is of a baker, pastry chef 31 year-old Eugene Francis Wilman who is found shot to death in the bakery. The prime suspect is the husband of Edna Hoagland who was having an affair with the baker. Her husband had not returned home on the night of the murder and his alibi turns out to be untrue.
