Happy Father's Day!

Well here it is, that one day of the year that the Father's of the nation can officially call their own, Father's Day! To commemorate I'd like to dedicate this day to all men who have brought up children or who have acted as a Father figure to someone in their lives be it step-fathers, favorite uncle, big brother or grandfather. Hopefully I have covered every good man out there!

Recently I was asked by a member of RUSC if we could add some more classic detective stories so I have dug deep and found a rare series called I Deal In Crime in which William Gargan, of Barrie Craig fame, stars as Ross Dolan, a hard-boiled private investigator in this 30-minute detective drama. Unfortunately only three episodes are extant but the good news is I will add them all to RUSC over the following days.

Also New to RUSC from the 17th June 2007 is a crime drama entitled Crime Does Not Pay, which was based on the Metro Goldwyn Meyer short films of the same name and containing a moralistic message, which would be reinforced by the star of the episode at the end of the show.

I was also asked recently if we would be adding any Groucho Marx Dinah Shore Birdseye shows in the future. So, also new to RUSC, because I'm listening to you and not only because she was one of Joy's favorite singers but because it is a wonderful musical variety show, is The Dinah Shore Show.

Whatever you do today I hope that the shows on RUSC will help to make it a perfect day for you.
