Before folks sat around the television watching classics such as Psycho, The Exorcist or Night of the Living Dead, they gathered around the radio to listen to their favorite weekly programs at Halloween...

Paralyzed with fear, radio series such as Suspense, Inner Sanctum, Quiet Please, Weird Circle and Escape never failed to provide what they were looking for!

If perhaps, you prefer to listen to the radio shows of yesteryear, rather than the current slasher movie franchise offered today, then Joy and I have some spine-chilling thrillers for you, which I guarantee will give you some serious goosebumps.

After all, what you can’t see is scarier than what you can, and old time radio shows can certainly sweep you up and create a whole spooky world in your imagination...

There’s no better time to visit some of the scariest shows and episodes that old time radio has to offer than at Halloween, and so I've added all of my own favorites to our non-stop unBOOlievable collection of old time radio horror on the RUSC Halloween radio station, including tales of the occult, ghosts, ghouls, zombies and much more. It will keep you busy for hours!

I'd recommend listening in the dark, or at least with the lights dimmed!
