Christmas Suspense
It's hard to imagine a way for the creators of 'Suspense' to get into the Christmas spirit - but they did somehow manage it in their own sinister way.
In their 22 years of broadcasting, Suspense was able to come up with stories twisted enough and dark enough where you'd think that even Santa would hide behind the cushions until it was over!
One of my favorites, stars Dennis Day in a very different role far from his usual genre! It's called Christmas For Carole, and is about a hard working and admirable young man, who falls on hard times and makes the mistake of getting involved with a desperate criminal. He does sing the First Noel very beautifully at the end though!
