April Fool's Day
It’s the 1st April and in My Favorite Husband Liz and George are busy trying to pull jokes on each other for Aprils Fools day. Liz planned to plant a lipstick-smudged handkerchief in George’s pocket with the help of her maid Katy. George trying to wriggle out of the situation makes himself look really guilty of having an affair but then he owns up to knowing nothing about it and Liz comes clean that it is her idea of an April fool.
However, then Katy tells Liz that she didn’t manage to put the handkerchief in George’s pocket. Oh dear it seems that it was someone else's idea of an April Fool on George first. Now Liz is suspicious of George and wants to know how it got there. This episode is hilarious especially when George’s friends’ attempts to get him from under suspicion only send him deeper under. Oh dear, George is certainly not Liz’s favorite husband!
