Blackie receives a call from his old mate Shorty who has arrived back in town. Blackie pleased to hear from him tells him to get over straight away and whilst on his way he is met by a hysterical woman running from a house who claims to have seen a ghost. Shorty unable to calm her takes her to Blackies.
