Big Town is either New York, Chicago or San Francisco. It is a fictitious city and all the characters in Big Town are fictitious. But the people in Big Town are the same as in every large city. They are real live vital human beings with the inevitable problems of life, health and happiness. The Illustrated Press is the biggest paper of Big Town and it's ruthless editor is Steve Wilson.
