Arthur Holland calls in to Richard Diamonds office when he discovers a man is following him. He doesn't know why the man is following him. A long time ago Arthur's brother William B. Holland left the family and started out to see the world. Although William has been gone for 10 years not once has Arthur failed to receive a weekly letter but he hasn't heard for him at all now for a month. His last letter came from a town in Bolivia and in it he told his brother Arthur that something was wrong.
