This is the tale of 2 brothers, one who is very selfish and has cheated his brother out of his fair inheritance leaving him and his family starving. When the kind brother asks his mean brother to give him some bread and a joint of beef for his family he agrees but only if he will go to Davy Jones Locker. His wife fearing it is a trick begs him not to go but he agrees so that his family can eat. On their way home they meet a man who is starving and being the kind brother he shares their bread. His kindness is repaid tenfold.
