Ned, Bill and Lulu hadn’t had any acting work since Trans Republic Pictures folded and Bill decided that the only way they could make any money again was to prove their selves at what they used to be good at. They were very limited actors but the parts they always played were of kidnappers. The films always proved that crime did not pay but Bill also noted that they had learnt why crime did not pay. Bill decides the only way they can make any money is to kidnap someone.
