The story of one of the most wanton killers in police history Terrence Buck Kelley young mad, young taxi driver begins in San Francisco in 1921 when as a youth of 17 he is arrested for grand larceny. But he does not seem to learn that crime does not pay and a few years later is one of three armed young men in a stolen sedan who have shot and killed three men.
