Arthur Stevens was prepared to pay Richard Diamond $500 for a quick trip to Florida. That was easy enough but Loucious Timken was going to make it tough. Stevens wanted Diamond to deliver a very rare European art object worth a considerable fortune and Loucious Timpken would try to stop him by killing him if necessary.
