Billed as a comedy this is the story of the Princey family and the murder of Withers the curate one wet Saturday afternoon. Here in their living room dull and overstuffed, are the Princey family; Mrs. Princey, Millicent, George sprawled on the couch and Mr. Princey sucking a dried pipe. Rain beats at the windows. They are any middle class family at home on a wet day except for one small item. As you sit with them in the living-room you can see through the door in the sunporch a pair of men's feet encased in black boots, feet that look like that of a curate, feet belonging to a dead man...
