Brian Makin finished his last year of med school, and found himself with a thousand dollars left of his inheritance and two weeks before he began his internship. He was weary from the long struggle for his medical degree, because in spite of scholarships, he had to work as well to fund his six years of study, as both of his parents were dead. So far as he knew, he was alone in the world, but his background was Irish, and he had a vague memory that an Aunt and uncle were living still in the old country. So he decided to spend the two weeks on a vacation, which was to change his whole life...
