Before anything else Michael Watkins had charm. He was debonair, he was fatal to woman mostly between the ages of 40 and 50. therefore Michael Watkins had two sources of income the woman he cared to draw upon and his great skill as a ventriloquist in the English music halls. Both paid him well, very well indeed.
