At the Foster house this evening, Judy is in the living room with her mother and twelve-year-old brother Randolph, when the phone rings. Ever the optimist, Judy chooses to answer just in case its someone who wants to take her on a date. It's Oogie, and their date is going to be on the front porch, since Oogie doesn't actually have any money to take Judy out!
